The Cisco QSFP-100G-FR-S Compatible 100G QSFP28 Single Lambda FR QSFP28 optical transceiver module supports link lengths of up to 2km over Single-Mode Fiber (SMF) with duplex LC connectors. It is designed for use in 100GBASE Ethernet applications. This transceiver is compliant with QSFP28 MSA, IEEE 802.3cd and 100G Lambda MSA standard. The 100 Gigabit Ethernet signal is carried over a single wavelength using onboard PAM4 modulation and FEC. It is widely used in various applications, such as Data Center, 100G Ethernet, 400G to 100G breakout applications.
