The Cisco QSFP-40G-SR4-S Compatible 40G QSFP+(Quad Small Form-Factor Pluggable) SR4 optical transceiver module supports link lengths of 100m on OM3 multimode fiber (MMF) and 150m on OM4 MMF with MTP/MPO connectors. This transceiver is compliant with QSFP+ MSA, IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4 and breakout to 4x10GBASE-SR standard.
