The Cisco QDD-400G-SR4.2-BD Compatible 400G QSFP-DD SR4.2 BiDi transceiver module supports 400G Ethernet applications and links length up to 100 meters over OM4 Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF) with an MPO-12 UPC connector. This module transmits a 400 Gigabit Ethernet signal over four pairs of parallel fiber, with each fiber pair using two 50Gbps bidirectional wavelengths. The 400G QSFP-DD module is compliant to the IEEE 802.3bm protocol and 400GAUI-8/CEI-56G-VSR-PAM4 standards. It is commonly used in high-performance computing (HPC) networks, data centers and other applications.
