The Arista AOC-D-D-400G-xxM Compatible 400G QSFP-DD Active Optical Cable (AOC) is designed for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet links over OM4 multimode fibers. The 400G QSFP-DD AOC cable is used to connect multiple 400G signals from the server side (NIC) to the data center aggregation switch. This active optical cable is compliant with IEEE 802.3cd, OIF-CEI-04.0, QSFP-DD MSA, and QSFP-DD-CMIS-rev4p0.
